B&B Hortus - Venice

The location is amazing, close to everything for walking around, and the bed was incredibly comfy.

There was a comfortable bed that I enjoyed in the twin room. Central heating, an electronic key card, and a work desk were provided. It was based in recently renovated building in a nice location, in Dorsoduro area. I came across Al Terminal, it was just a short stroll away from the hotel, offered nice shots...

The hotel was a nice comfy base for enjoying a tourist area, just next door to several restaurants and Venice-where the locals live- and the centre. We had television with satellite channels, climate control, and an individual safe in the triple room. Great location - walking distance to everywhere we needed. Had brunch in the Whistle Stop Inn, located nearby.

This recently refurbished hotel offers a wonderful experience. the twin room is brand-new with a lovely garden and a spacious bathroom. the restaurant is terrific, with very friendly and outstanding staff.

The hotel's location is STUNNING and the staff are helpful and exceptional.

We really enjoyed this newly renovated and lovely hotel. the triple room was new-fashioned and spotless. the location was marvelous - so close to bars and restaurants. Area around had a great selection of choice for meals and drinks, bars and restaurants.

The staff here is really amazing and helpful. The room is modern and beautifully decorated and has a spacious bathroom. There is a good variety of breakfast options available.

The decoration at B&B Hortus was simply delightful. Every corner of the hotel exuded elegance and charm. The common areas were adorned with beautiful artwork and cozy furniture, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciated that the hotel's accessibility was excellent. There were no steep stairs or long hallways to navigate, making it easy for me to move around and enjoy the facilities.

If I could ask for one thing to improve the vacation experience for senior people, it would be to have more assistance from the staff. While the children working there were kind and hospitable, having someone readily available to provide guidance and support to senior guests would have made the stay even more comfortable.

The location is fantastic, just a short stroll from the water taxi drop-off at Marco Polo airport. It made our arrival and departure so convenient. The breakfast spread was amazing, with plenty of options for everyone in the family. The hosts, Ewa and her mum, were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations for family-friendly restaurants. Our room was clean, modern, and comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep for everyone. The highlight for the kids was the beautiful garden, where they could play and explore. We loved our stay here and will definitely be back!

The location was mind-blowing-super close to everything and just a short walk from the train station. The hospitality and friendliness of the hosts were jaw-dropping! The keycard entrances provided a secure stay. The breakfast spread was impressive and the room was comfortable and sparkling clean. The attention to detail in the facilities was fantastic. The peaceful gardens and freshly made cappuccinos added to the overall amazing experience. I highly recommend this stay to anyone visiting Venice!
